The installation of vertical planting projects at TRACER follows a structured process, adjusted to the specific features of each project and the solutions chosen.
We start by installing the fasteners, establishing a solid base for the plant structures. Next, we install the metal structures that will support the planting elements. The primary irrigation system is installed to ensure even water distribution, followed by a test phase to ensure that the systems are working properly. We then integrate complementary systems and solutions, such as baskets or specific modules for green walls. After this, the secondary irrigation system, including drippers and other devices, is installed for precise watering. We apply the substrate and plant the plants according to the established plan. Finally, a final test of the installation is carried out to verify the quality, integrity and overall smooth operation of the system, ensuring that vertical planting is both effective and long-lasting.
