Solution 1: Guardrail planters with solid filling
TRACER offers planters that act as railings, perfectly integrating safety and plant aesthetics. Designed with no visible bars, these planters comply rigorously with standards while providing an environment conducive to plant growth.
Metal plates
TRACER planters are made from metal plates. These plates are bent and welded together to create strong, durable structures. Materials used include :
Magnelis steel: An innovative metal offering exceptional anti-corrosion protection.
Galvanized steel: Known for its resistance to rust and corrosion, ideal for outdoor use.
Aluminum: Lightweight, corrosion-resistant and easy to shape, perfect for custom designs.
Stainless steel: Stainless steel offering superior durability and aesthetics.
Corten steel: Known for its unique patina and weather resistance, providing a distinctive aesthetic touch.
Plug
The plug provides a secure closure for the planter, effectively protecting plants from debris and insects while preserving their health and longevity.
Drip tray
The pissette is a water evacuation device located under the planter for effective drainage. It regulates the flow of water to prevent any stagnation that could harm plants.
Omegas
Omegas are elements welded to the underside of the planter to reinforce the structure and ensure optimum stability, even on uneven surfaces.
Insulation
Insulation is strategically placed at the bottom of the planter to thermally insulate plant roots, promoting a stable, favorable growing environment all year round.
RHEO DAL
RHEO DAL is an additional layer following the U-shaped contour of the planter, essential for retaining soil and maintaining good water retention, ensuring the planter's stability even in extreme weather.
Solution 2: Planters with vertical bars
Our green railing system with vertical balusters combines a basic planter with an integrated metal structure fixed to the inside. This ingenious design offers an aesthetic and functional solution, perfectly suited to a variety of architectural environments.
Integrated metal structure
The integrated metal structure is specially designed to provide additional support and security for the planted railing. Fixed to the inside of the planter, it is often composed of sturdy vertical bars, offering safety protection without compromising aesthetics.
Solution 3: Planters with horizontal bars
Our plant railings with horizontal bars represent an ingenious fusion between a basic planter and an integrated metal structure. This unique design incorporates horizontal bars fixed inside the planter, ensuring both safety and harmonious plant aesthetics.
Integrated metal structure
The integrated metal structure is specifically designed to provide support and enhanced safety for the planted railing. Fixed to the inside of the planter, it is generally made up of solid horizontal bars, ensuring safe protection while preserving the overall aesthetics of the system.
Fixing plant railings
The method of fastening guardrails does not always have to be floor-mounted; this depends on the specific strength tests and characteristics of each project. Where ground fixing is required, we offer two systems:
Fixing to concrete surfaces
Use of anchor bolts to ensure robust, durable fixing, adapted to concrete surfaces and specific load requirements.
Fastening to structural steelwork
Installation using bolts to guarantee a secure, stable connection to existing metal structures, thus meeting the required safety standards.
