System composition
Metal plates
TRACER planters are made from metal plates. These plates are bent and welded together to create strong, durable structures. Materials used include :
Magnelis steel: An innovative metal offering exceptional anti-corrosion protection.
Galvanized steel: Known for its resistance to rust and corrosion, ideal for outdoor use.
Aluminum: Lightweight, corrosion-resistant and easy to shape, perfect for custom designs.

Stopper
The plug is a crucial element in the design of our planters. It closes off the planter, ensuring not only good looks but also optimum protection for the plants. The plug prevents debris and insects from entering the drainage system, contributing to plant health and longevity.
Drip tray
The pissette is a water drainage device located below the planter, often in a central position. It provides efficient drainage management, preventing water stagnation that could harm plants. The pissette is designed to evacuate excess water in a controlled manner, ensuring an optimal environment for plant growth.
Omega
Omegas are metal elements strategically welded inside the structure of hanging planters. Their shape is reminiscent of the letter "Ω", hence their name. They play a crucial role in reinforcing the planter's strength and stability.
Insulation
Insulation is strategically placed at the bottom of the planter, 2-3 cm thick. Its main role is to provide thermal insulation and extra protection for plant roots. By regulating soil temperature, it helps to maintain a stable environment conducive to plant growth, whatever the season.
RHEO DAL
RHEO DAL is an additional layer placed on top of the insulation, following the U-shaped contour of the planter. This feature is crucial as it holds the soil inside the planter, preventing erosion while maintaining good water retention. This design also helps to stabilize the planter as a whole, ensuring that the soil remains in place even during severe weather events such as high winds or heavy rain.
Fastening systems
Dowel mounting
Dowel mounting is a robust method of securing wall-hung planters. Dowels are metal rods fixed firmly into the wall, providing a solid base to support the weight of the planter. Made of stainless steel, dowels are chosen for their corrosion resistance and durability. The dowels are anchored deep into the wall material, such as concrete or brick, ensuring a firm, secure hold. Once fixed to the wall, the dowels are also integrated into the underside of the planter. This configuration effectively supports the weight of the planter, ensuring even load distribution across the fixing surface.
Fixing with tubes
Fixing with tubes is another sophisticated approach to installing hanging planters safely and aesthetically. Two square metal tubes are first fixed directly into the wall. One tube is positioned at the top of the planter's rear face, providing solid support at its upper end. At the same time, another tube is fixed at the bottom to support the base of the planter, creating a stable, balanced base. A third tube is then added. This tube is pre-welded to the planter structure to ensure solid integration. It is then positioned on the tube at the top and secured with a bolt. This additional step strengthens the connection between the planter and the support tubes, guaranteeing secure, long-lasting suspension. This method ensures a secure and aesthetically pleasing installation, meeting the practical and aesthetic needs of modern urban environments.
